– Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.

– By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

– You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

– Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company.

– Company have full rights to use the Data on company’s Channels, Web Page, Social Media Pages, filmed by the Company

– The Company “Kreative Captains ” will be responsible for up to 3 Revisions of Video / Ad film / Media / Corporate / Animated etc films Related Projects. Any more revisions exceeding the allowed revisions will be chargeable accordingly.

– Clients must submit any revision requests within 7 days of receiving the preview draft. After this period, no further revisions will be permitted, and additional charges may apply for (if) exceeding this limit.

– Upon project completion, the final version of the video will be shared with a watermark. The watermark will be removed only after the final payment has been received from the client.

– The agency reserves full access and usage rights to all data and content created in the course of providing services to its clients, including videos, images, and other creative materials. This content may be used for the agency’s promotional, marketing, and self-advertising purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
